We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been processed and dispatched due to the perishable nature of our items. However, we make every effort to assure your pleasure and to deal equitably with unexpected circumstances.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or eaten items once an order has been verified and packaged. This protects the safety and quality of our meals for all of our clients.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
In the rare event that a product becomes out of stock after you have placed an order, we will provide a refund for the unavailable item or offer a replacement with a similar product of equal or lesser value. We will contact you promptly to discuss available options.
If the customer fails to receive the order delivered at their doorsteps, no refunds will be offered. The delivery person will wait for 10 minutes at the doorsteps, and if no one responds or picks up the order, Asian Halal Meat Store will not be liable to deliver the order again, and/or offer refunds.
